- High-revving 321cc EURO5+ engine With a compression ratio of 11.2:1, double overhead cams (DOHC) and four-valve cylinder heads, the 321cc two-cylinder motor is designed for quick-revving performance and high-rpm efficiency. With a maximum power output of 30.9 kW (42PS) at 10,750 rpm, the R3’s potent EU5+ engine delivers thrilling acceleration with an exciting ride and a broad spread of power.
- High specification suspension The R3 is equipped with 37 mm KYB upside-down front forks that provide optimum 'front end feel'. Whether travelling through the streets or attacking lap times on track, the R3's perfect balance of shock absorption and handling stability give maximum feedback and confidence to the rider.
- Powerful braking performance The 298 mm floating-mount front disc brake ensures excellent stopping power with plenty of feel at the lever, while a 220 mm floating disc handles the braking performance at the rear. With its ABS anti-lock braking system, the R3 can ride confidently, even when traction is reduced in wet or slippery conditions.
